Airport pick-up & access
Q.Do you offer pick-up from Naha Airport?＋
A.Yes, we do. Please select "pick-up" from the options when you book. When you arrive at Naha Airport and reach the baggage claim lobby, give the shop a call and we will be at the airport in about 15 minutes.
Q.Are there any conditions for pick-up?＋
A.Pick-up is available only for stays of one night or more. If you are renting for a single day, please come to the shop directly.
Q.Where is the shop?＋
A.We are at 4-7-11 Oroku, Naha, Okinawa, 13 minutes by car from Naha Airport.
Q.Should I tell you my arrival flight?＋
A.Yes, please. Adding your arrival flight when you book lets us arrange the pick-up more smoothly.
Booking & rates
Q.Where can I book?＋
A.Our booking site is open 24 hours a day. If your dates are not fixed, choose "Dates undecided (show availability calendar)" to check what is free. We also take bookings by phone.
Q.Will I always pay the price listed?＋
A.Listed prices are a guide. Seasonal rates apply during certain periods, so please check the booking site or call us for the exact price. All prices shown include tax.
Q.Is there a cancellation fee?＋
A.Cancellation is free up to 7 days before. After that it is 30% of the total up to 6 days before, 50% up to 2 days before, and 100% on the day. If we do not hear from you within one hour of the scheduled rental time, it is treated as a same-day cancellation.
Q.What if my flight is cancelled by a typhoon?＋
A.No cancellation fee applies if your flight does not operate because of a typhoon or similar. Please book with confidence.
Q.How long can I rent for?＋
A.From a single day up to 8 days / 7 nights. If you need a longer rental, please call us to discuss it.
Using our cars
Q.What do I need to bring on the day?＋
A.Please bring the driver's valid driving licence (the original) and a payment method. Before you set off we explain the insurance cover and options, check the licence, take payment, walk around the car together and show you the controls.
Q.Can I rent a child seat?＋
A.A child seat is required by law for children under 6 years old. Please request one when you book.
Q.Are the cars non-smoking?＋
A.Every car is non-smoking, and every car is automatic.
Q.Do you support languages other than Japanese?＋
A.This site and our booking site are available in English, 简体中文, 繁體中文 and 한국어. Use the language switcher at the top of the page.
Q.What are your opening hours?＋
A.We are open from 9:00 to 19:00. Please arrange departures and returns within these hours.
